Pay to park at work idea hits the skids

Charging companies and potentially employees for parking at work is the latest scheme being introduced by councils to generate funds. Councils in Bristol, York, Devon, Hampshire, Leeds, Bournemouth, Somerset and Wiltshire are considering introducing levies in an effort to increase revenue and cut congestion.
